Fondant college anuals Groom's cake

ART EATS BAKERY

This cake was created for a Groom who attended Clemson University, UT Austin, and Cornell University. The cakes even look like they have pages in them. The Clemson cake has an orange tiger paw, UT Austin a Longhorn and Cornell a bear paw and the building is on the cover.

As the outside of cakes have changed, so have the inside. Gone are the dry white sponge cakes of the past. Now people are choosing what they really love to eat. It could be chocolate fudge with caramel and butterfinger candy bars or Amaretto with Kaluha butter cream. Each tier can be a different flavor with any filling you can dream of. At Art Eats Bakery we make all of our cakes and icings from scratch and we only use the very best fresh ingredients. Even our fondant is scratch made and tastes great. It can be made in lots of flavors. Our cakes are all butter cakes and our butter cream is also made with fresh butter. Clemson Tiger paw graduation cake

ART EATS BAKERY
I had a lot of fun making this fondant covered Clemson tiger paw graduation cake. I love to carve a cake into the shape I want freehand. This was a big 10" X 6" cake and it really stood out. The reason it has the sheen is because I airbrushed it with orange food color. The cake was a red velvet with cream cheese filling. I always want the cake to taste as good or better than it looks. If you have an idea for a cake that is unusual, I can create it. I love to do anything that's different. As the outside of cakes have changed, so have the inside. Cake tasting at David's Bridal

Saturday I had a cake tasting at David's bridal on Haywood Road in Greenville, SC. It was very well recieved and I will be doing it again soon. Please check my website for dates and times.
I made vanilla butter cake with vanilla icing, red velvet with cream cheese icing and chocolate fudge mocha with vanilla icing. The biggest complement I get is when they first taste my icing. It does not have any shortening or powdered sugar in it. It is made with real butter and a mousse' base. It's very light and not real sweet. I think most people have not had real scratch made butter cakes and icings from a bakery. You all should have a taste.
You don't have to be a bride to attend the tastings. I look forward to meeting you. http://arteatsbakery.com sales@arteats.com
