Birthday cakes are becoming more elaborate both for adults and kids. They can range from sophisticated to hilarious. The new cake styles are more of an art form than in the past. Gooey blobs of icings just aren't the thing for today's clients. You can have a cake that really makes a statement about your personality or a hobby.
Cakes with fondant icing have a smooth finished look and can it can also be sculpted. Unfortunately most bakeries don't make their cakes, butter creams or fondant from scratch and you just don't get a great tasting cake. the fondant is particularly bad out of a bucket. We make all of our cakes and icings from scratch. We use real butter, fresh eggs and other wholesome ingredients. We don't believe in spending our time or your money on a cake that is not moist and delicious.
