Topsy turvy cakes (they are also called mad hatter and wonky cakes) can be done a lot of different ways. Some don't look like they will fall over and others are extreme. Any design or color can be made in this style. They are very popular right now and are a lot of fun. Most of them you see have the same basic designs (dots, stripes and diamonds). I think is great to use your imagination and design that cake that is unique. At Art Eats Bakery we take pride in creating one of a kind art work cakes that taste as great as they look.
