This round fondant birthday cake has a sugar sculpture purse, shoe, gift bag, pearls and ring. They are all made handcrafted from fondant and the polka dots were piped in royal icing. the ring has sugar pearls and the band is painted with edible gold dust. the pink monogram is royal icing.
